First Class shipping method is available for a limited number of items, and only within the 50 United States. ONLY items with “First Class Available” text, on that items page, are available for First Class rates. Since we base shipping costs on the package weight and not its value, we can offer you some savings on several smaller items. After a certain weight, 1st Class and Priority Mail are the same cost, therefore, the quantities are limited. Just choose the Priority Mail shipping method when you place your order, and we will adjust the shipping cost when we process your order. If a UPS shipping method is chosen, we will ship it UPS and we WILL NOT adjust shipping costs. Base your savings on the standard Priority Mail shipping charge of $5.05 ----------------------------------------------------------- EXAMPLES: One (1) 04-07 Kids scissor and One (1) 04-08 adult scissor IS AVAILABLE for first class rate and the cost is in the chart.
